Access list does not work anymore.

If I forward my local servers apache2 default on http://tue.kyndal.dk/ through nginx everything is fine.
If I add a Access List with a already established credentials se http://dellablo.kyndal.dk/
I get

403 Forbidden
openresty

I have hosts already working with the established Access List, and they are all fine.

But I just can't make a new one?

I'm doing it precisely the same way as my previous hosts.

What is going on.
Something must have changed.
Did something break?

Running on latest docker
Docker version 27.3.1, build ce12230
nginx
v2.12.1 © 2024 jc21.com.

Similar to #4088 and several others. It's been fixed for months in dev, but still no release with the fix which is annoying as this is a major bug in my opinion.
