When nheko is open (even in the background) will keep the NVIDIA gpu always on.
Upon checking nvidia-smi no other processes are keeping the gpu awake, not even nheko is shown on there.
To Reproduce
Open nheko while laptop is on battery
Notice how the dGPU will now not turn off, resulting in high power draw
What happened?
I have recently updated some qt6 related packages, and noticed that my nvidia gpu was not turning off while the laptop was on battery.
For a whole 3 days, I've thought that something else broke and kept searching for bug reports on different bug trackers related to the issue.
Today, I was removing some packages and accidentally removed nheko.
After a reboot, I noticed that both the gpu was now turning off again and nheko was missing. Upon installing it again and keeping it running in the background, I have noticed the gpu was not turning off again.
Perhaps nheko is defaulting to the nvidia binaries instead of the mesa ones? maybe I am missing some packages?
Expected behavior
dGPU should remain off while nheko is open / nheko should run off the iGPU
