A question about VGG16 backbone in the paper

Hi, I am very interested in your paper and thanks for your great contribution!
But there is one thing confusing me about how to use VGG16 to implement a multi-stage network as mentioned in your paper(Stage=5 using hourglass). And I also noticed that in vgg_based_network.py, VGG backbone is only used once, so the iteration stage here is only 1, right?
