Hey, Daniel! I use a tool called Taxonium to visualize phylogenetic trees. It seems like Taxonium has a React component; would there be any way to use this to create a "Visualize Tree" button if the user performs phylogenetic inference, which visualizes the tree using Taxonium?
Note that this isn't urgent at all: users can already download the Newick tree from ViralWasm-Epi and then just open it in Taxonium. This would just be a nice convenient one-click solution to go from analysis results to visualization
