At simple mode and Advanced mode for single target its looks like sloth DO NOT queue HC outside 2m window.
After a bit more testing at lv.45 something seems wrong with Wildfire condition, as with wildfire option disabled it works correctly.
It also fail at level 100 without wildfire option.
Liknely connected with #1863 as it seems to be issue with how sloth get remaining cooldown of skill.
