Send mail is not working

First of all thanks for this amazing app, I have deployed it as docker container, everything works well, except the sending test mail is not working, I get below error on the UI, check the prod.log, nothing related to the issue is found there.

I have created a dedicated IAM user with SES full access permission, generated access key and passed the credential to .env-local.

One thing more, what is the command for resetting user password?
