Add Nitrokey bootloader identifiers to libfido2-udev

The application firmware vid:pid is listed here: https://github.com/Yubico/libfido2/blob/main/udev/70-u2f.rules#L165
But for more convenience (and another udev-rules distribution method) it might make sense to to include the bootloader pid:vid there. Let's try with a PR, related: #220 🙄

Before we publish the rules to other repositories, we should first figure out the best rule to make it work with the libusb backend.
