Missing/inconsistent icons for the panel and application launcher menu

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login (KDE Plasma on Manjaro)
Navigate
Notice missing or inconsistent icons:
color-picker (inconsistent, ugly)
pamac-manager system tray (no dark variant)
Education category (in application launcher)
Help category (in application launcher)
