If you're seeing this error you've presumably already got a Nix Store volume from a previous install. A previous change to drop an install-dependency on rsync (#5150) has made this step non-idempotent for now. I have the same issue when I've tried to re-install nix after it went missing... Edit: I was able to re-install after uninstalling it as suggested by #7013 (comment) |
