[Feature Request]: Direct pulling RSS from Nyaa

Problem Description

Animetosho lately has been down a lot for maintenance and it kinda has been affecting the overall experience.

Proposed Solution

I don't know if its feasible but, it would be interesting if you could add CORS Anywhere or a separate module outside of nodejs to try pulling the rss feed directly from Nyaa to %TEMP% and read it from there instead in case the provided fetch url is down.

The thing is that the way he implemented this feels kinda weird, gonna try creating a parser here just for the sake of testing.
