The additional call are inside the compiler flag so it is not read for non-NorESM compsets |

When adding a new namelist group I realized that the subroutine runtime_opts.F90 still resides in the original cam tree despite reading in new NorESM related namelist groups (/cam/src/control)
Given that the subroutine just bypasses an unexisting namelist group AFAIK it does not matter for running CAM, but it will certainly matter if changes are merged with ESCOMP
For now I will just add another namelist group in the same subroutine, but logs the information here partly to inform but also it anyone have better solutions.
