Adding more regression tests to noresm2.0.8 release

I would like to add some more regression test suites for CAM and BLOM for the noresm2.0.8 release, similar to what is available for noresm2.1.1.

We have a BLOM v.1.4.0 release that is CMIP6 compatible. I'm thinking to update the testlist_blom.xml file and make a v1.4.1 relese on BLOM.

I see the CAM tag is cam_cesm2_1_rel_05-Nor_v1.0.5, and there are tags cam_cesm2_1_rel_05-Nor_v1.0.6 and cam_cesm2_1_rel_05-Nor_v1.0.7, before the naming changes to cam_noresm2_1_v1.0.0.

• Do you want to stay on cam_cesm2_1_rel_05-Nor_v1.0.5 for the noresm2.0.8 release?

I think so. Both cam_cesm2_1_rel_05-Nor_v1.0.6 and cam_cesm2_1_rel_05-Nor_v1.0.7 have changes (e.g., configuration changes) for NorESM2.1 which are probably not compatible with NorESM2.0.

OK, then I will only update the BLOM tag (once I get the green light in the BLOM repo), and make the release without changes in CAM.
