[Finance Redesign] - Reimbursements Page Setup

Description

We want to set up a base reimbursement page to build on. For now, we just need the title, a mock search bar, a mock filter, and to copy over the original reimbursement table from the original page tab.

Acceptance Criteria

• title, mock search bar, mock filter, and reimbursements table

Proposed Solution

In ReimbursementRequests.tsx

• Create a title. mock search bar, mock filter.
• Add the reimbursements table over from the original page

Mocks

For now just need to copy to top line of this mock and the old reimbursements table.
