Description

No way to change brightness.

Acceptance Criteria

Can change brightness, etc, via some sort of commandline process.

Proposed Solution

Use https://github.com/MatrixOrbital/HTT-Utility.

See the manual and other packages in this repo as inspiration. As long as it builds without error we can test it with TPU.
