Description

Our package files are formatted messily.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Documents way to reformat/refactor packages
  • Implements reformat/refactoring

Proposed Solution

Use the utils/check-package scripts on all files to reformat and implement changes. Also document this standard so future packages follow this rule.
