separate folder for changes from default release for ease of update

usually when I downloaded a release, bugfix or new release, I have to check to see the diff between my rutrorrent folder and the new release.

in newer releases I see that these are usually the same.

js
lang
php
plugins
tests
htaccess-exampl
index.html
LICENSE.md
README.md

but in conf folder there is a file called config.php and there is the share folder of course.

is is possible to make is so that user only keeps one folder to themself and others just get replaced?

can the program add support for "config.d" way of linux?
as in keep the standard setting in the replacing folder but keep the diff config of user in the share folder?

this make update even easier. user just keeps a folder and replaces other folders.
