I write this just as a warning to others who have not upgraded it yet so you know what to expect.
rtorrent dont work because starts giving error "buffer overflow detected", and because i did not know what that means I found out this problem coming from ubuntu. Luckily someone added fix for this problem. At first I tried to purge everything and compile from source, but at the end I just added this repository from here https://launchpad.net/~fougner/+archive/ubuntu/noble-fix-buffer-overflow-2063110 and that fixed rtorrent.
apache had some modules missing so apache service did not work until I added these back. I think tls was missing or something.
proftpd get purged completely. Including my settings folder. Luckily Mint forces you to make fresh Timeshift entry so copied all these files back after installing proftpd again.
I also use Flexget to add movies to rtorrent from my IMDB watchlist but that was also completely missing.
I must say, this have never happened before that everything is broken after upgrade. Even my custom network settings were messed up.
