Leaderboard pagination

At the moment, you can only get the first 20 items when requesting a leaderboard, which isn't a lot. Having, for example, pagination would help a lot

Page 1 would be 1-20
Page 2 would be 21-40, and so on

And if it could also return players with stats off but with their usernames hidden, that would be awesome.
