Consider revising status to "Requires a source mapping or select a single source"

Current Behavior

In the Details Pane of PM UI, there's a scenario where selecting "All" source does not automatically create a package source mapping. The status string becomes "Requires a package source mapping."

Desired Behavior

Consider having this message also call out that a single source will enable automatic mapping.

Considerations

1. We may be able to support All source, then this status is not relevant
2. A docs link may be able to call out that All source isn't supported. Consider a docs link in the Details Pane to explain Package Source Mapping #12829

Talked to UX Board, and the suggestion is to keep the message succinct, but do include a docs link to explain the scenarios further. I also like that this means we won't have to change the string later once we support multiple sources.
