The Elevator Pitch

It should be nice and easy for a developer to find similar packages by leveraging the naming hierarchy without needing to manually do a search and it helps developers easily see what other providers ie DB systems which are already implemented.

Additional Context and Details

When a satellite dependency is uploaded to nuget it should be associated with the parent identifier. This way from the details page a link can be offer on the right hand side which initiates a search for all sibling packages ie parentId..*.

Note is very similar to #14172 but focused on related packages rather than localized packages
