Spec for this feature will be available here: https://github.com/NuGet/Home/wiki/Package-Signatures-Technical-Details

This spec will define the signature format used by NuGet to satisfy the next requirements:

Compatible with existing Clients.
Allows verification of tampered packages.
Cross platform support.

Discussion should happen on this issue.
