Deployment Process

• Promote V2 Gallery Service to prod
• Copy ReadOnly.md from 'content' container in dev to prod
• Disable 'SyncPackages' job in prod and delete it
• Run prodscheduler.ps1

Test Plan:

• 1. Upload a package to DC0 gallery, search this package from DC1 gallery. Make sure it will show the package.
• 2. Download a package from DC1, check the URL to make sure the package is from DC0 blob.
• 3. Verified that if Alert.md is not present, and it is not read-only, no banner is shown
• 4. Verified that if Alert.md is not present, and it is in Read-Only mode, Read-Only mode banner is shown
• 5. Verified that if Alert.md is present, and it is not Read-Only mode, Alert banner is shown
• 6. Verified that if Alert.md is present, and it is Read-Only mode, still Alert banner is shown
