Test that the package rename feature works as expected:

  1. Upload a package
  2. Rename it using the Gallery API
  3. Check that search API lists its renames

This depends on:

  • NuGetGallery#7909 - Add Gallery API for end-to-end testing
  • NuGetGallery#7903 - Expose popularity transfers in search
  • NuGetGallery#7911 - Reduce popularity transfer propagation times
    • This is necessary as it takes up to 1.5 hours to propagate popularity transfers
