Eliminate squelch hysteris

Hi,

I suggested this in Telegram group and understood, it could be a good idea. Not sure if making Issue is necessary?
Anyway, what I would suggest, having some decennia experciences with squelch having too much hysteris (which is the different values for opening and closing) is that is asking for trouble. Most squelches work fine (best) with as lowest hysteris as possible. Also the case with UVK5. So let's experiment with squelch opening and closing at same dB?
Really curious what will come out of this ;-)
