Hi.
After updating OCMS to build 2.1.16 we can't update the "Cookies & Modules" modal.
"Illegal string offset 'is_default_level'" on line 74 of \plugins\offline\gdpr\models\Cookie.php

Can you please advise?

Update. The issue happens if I don't create a 'Granular purpose level'
