Adapt MaskAnnotation

Currently the MaskAnnotation is often 'hidden' below the topography and for this i added an option to add some extra elevation to the MaskAnnotation, this is working but not ideal. Maybe we can define the drawing order (something like zorder of matplotlib) or we directly adapt the texture of the topography where we want to draw the mask.
