I suggest to slightly change the Athena help page adding some static links to the current view:
The Odysseus support email address is somewhat misleading. I would suggest to have two github links instead: the existing one that points to the Athena github (with the clickable link renamed to “report application issues” and maybe even pointing to Athena github issues right away and another one called “report vocabulary content issues” that would go to our Vocab github issues.
I think it would be a good place to also place a third link, called “Athena Wiki”, leading to the Athena github wiki page, which could be filled with a quite simple user documentation, to get people started and explain stuff like “license restricted” vocabularies.
