Characterization Feature analysis - allow "Add write access" or View Concept sets in Read access mode

We are collaborating on the Custom Feature analysis and it would be good to share the write access across the group.
Or at least the users should be able to view the concept sets, similarly to the cohort definitions, when I can view the concept sets even with read access.
