Many sellers wish to set a minimum cost for delivery below which they do not want to process orders. We need proper error codes and a defined flow for such cases.

@BLR-0118 can we pls have an error code for minimum order value not fulfilled?

We should also introduce a key in the on_search payload so that the customer is aware about this from the beginning.
