This issue is unique.

  • I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System

Linux (DEB package)

Version information

8.2.1.38 (flatpak)

Expected Behavior

Ctrl-uparrow or ctrl-downarrow should move the cursor to the beginning of the current/previous/next paragraph, as it does in every other context operating system / application.

Actual Behavior

The cursor simply moves up or down a single line.
NB Other ctrl-cursorkey combination works as expected. (i.e. Ctrl-leftarrow, ctrl-rightarrow, ctrlhome, ctrl-end, ctrl-pageup, ctrl-pagedown)

Reproduction Steps

Place cursor in the body of a multi=paragraph document. Hold Ctrl key and press the up-arrow.
