I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.
Operating System
Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7
Version information
8.2.2.22
Expected Behavior
When a user uses a handle to resize a column, a new width should be applied, and the scrollbar should adjust accordingly.
Actual Behavior
The scrollbar does not adjust when a column width is changed.

Reproduction Steps
Write in a cell some text that goes far beyond the edges of the window.
Double-click the handle that resizes the corresponding column.
Additional information
While users can scroll using the arrows on the scrollbar, the interaction feels unintuitive and inconvenient.
I also manually resized a column (without double-clicking the handle). The behavior is difficult to articulate, but as it is likely related or expected, I do not consider it a separate issue.

Same problem here.
But it is not only when you change the width of the column.
If you have columns with text outside the viewfield, the scrollbar does not adapt.
The scrollbar changes its size back when you scroll back to the left.
