I think this is network failure. Also as sidenot I'm not sure that building on ubuntu 16.04 will work flawlessly, better use 14.04 as described in guide |

First run of automate.py will generate config and there is options here I think for you is better to start with compilation of default product version, without your changes, because successful compilation of all those stuff is complicated task and even without your code there is may be troubles But if you're 100% want to add your own code - you should make changes in source code that automate.py will download in subfolders |

First reason is probably that https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/desktop-sdk was not cloned/pulled. I have cloned it manually. I'll see what happens; it is absolutely not clear to me why does it build various graphical tools and sdk when I only request docserver… but then it fails with
