We're a team using OnlyOffice in NextCloud. We've been experiencing a lot of hiccups including loss of data from a collaborative documents and annoying formatting issues (see screenshot)

Please provide a more detailed description of the issue:
Versions of DS, NC, connector app.
Are there any errors when saving the connector settings?
Does the issue occur with some particular files or with all files? Provide some steps to reproduce the issue. You can also record a video/gif.
Also if you have the Versions app enabled, you may look for the previous uncorrupted versions there.
