Not sure when this bug happened, but I'm looking for jobs from the job composer now and the job names are all sbatch when they should be ondemand/sys/myjobs/<user provided name>.

This isn't an issue. Turns out the templates all provide the -J flag, so if a user runs a template, we'll see it. But if they provide their own script without the -J flag, the name will simply be sbatch.
