Member search gives unexpected results

The search feature in the Members section https://www.osgeo.org/community/members/ does not return the expected results e.g. if you search by a company name the search does not return all of the results for members who have that company name in the "company" field in their profile (Try Astun or GeoSolutions or Boundless)

Searching by country does not return all of the results either, nor do searches appear to be searching the text part of a member entry (this may be intended?)
