OSVR Server does not detect HDK

Hi,

The OSVR Server does not detect the HDK and I do not know how to correct this.

All plugged in. In Extended mode. Have display and desktop background displayed.

Windows devices show the HDK audio belt clip, the HDK display and the HDK orientation sensor.

OSVR Central shows the HDK and I can change the modes.
