Update Python Script Excel/MD to YAML : Ability to convert to event relationship template

Hey @Cyb3rPandaH , sorry i forgot to add more context on this issue. This originally came from our discussion between me, Roberto and Pete about contributing on event relationships after compiling some Azure AD data dictionaries. I was wondering if we should also create excel template similar to what we have for data dictionaries and update existing python script to be compatible with those templates to generate yaml files. It seems event relationship files have more complex schema and may need to either create new or update existing files so not sure if its feasible to generalize and automate this process for new event relationships.

e.g. I have these relationships from SigninLogs which i wanted to add/update.
What`s the best way to approach this from contributor perspective ?
