Issues with no screenshot causing errors

Issue Description

If the submitted issue does not has any screenshots then issue tiles are facing issue and causing error. Since one of the screenshots is the background image for the issues tile ,we need something to make sure that the screenshot is there or some other method.

I am not sure why we’re getting this issue. All issues are required to have a screenshot.

Yaa i am confused too regarding this , maybe someone was testing but still . I think we need to handle this as this can occur in the future too. If we show a default image incase the screenshots is not there we can solve this. What do you think @DonnieBLT ?

Sure
