Design issues in Category field #283

There are some design issues introduced in #264, which are really making the report issue page look messed up, and should be eradicated quickly.

Font of the selected category ("General" as in the above image) is not consistent with the rest of the page.
Selected category is not vertically centered for some reason, which makes the TextField look ugly.
"Category" button and selected category elements violate the Proximity principle of design. The separation between them should be no more than the separation of "App name/url" heading and the corresponding text field.
