Describe the bug
After checking for duplicates while reporting an issue, if it finds an issue with the same URL, the populated link (www.bugheist.com/issue/2084) is not clickable.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.bugheist.com/report/
  2. Enter this URL - http://w3.airbus.com/H380/external/pw/smpwservices.fcc?USERNAME=\u003cimg\u0020src\u003dx\u0020onerror\u003d\u0022confirm(`GODDESS`)\u0022\u003e&SMAUTHREASON=7
  3. Check for duplicates

Expected behavior
Make it clickable
