What is missing or needs to be updated?

It is still pointing to Pod Security Policies, but they were removed in 1.25 and replaced with Pod Security Admission

How should this be resolved?

Review throughout for PSP references and update them, perhaps by having old guidance < 1.25 and newer guidance.

@mackowski I was going to do this in #1042 but unfortunately started to run out of time so I put it to the backlog. Maybe someday 🤞 but I wouldn't wait on me for it
