Unable to update Anki card

When I use the regular expression “^(#{1,6} .+ #card)\s((\S|\s)+?)(?=__)”, I can generate Anki cards correctly, but I cannot update Anki cards
When I use your example, I can generate and update Anki cards
I want to know why I can't update the card
