Allow Pre-Approved users to set quality level from Search Page

For those users that have been pre-approved to request movies, it'd be nice to allow them to choose the quality from the Search Page instead of using the CouchPotato default as it is now.

Maybe the Request button could use the CouchPotato default, but a dropdown along side allows to choose the quality.

What happens is that the admin (me) requests a movie, but I want it in a different quality than my default, so I need to go to CouchPotato and change the quality there.
