Ombi cannot reach your configured Sonarr instance. Check your settings.
If you're using Docker, your Sonarr address can't be localhost since Sonarr resides outside the container. Look into Docker networking.

Make sure you update to v4.35.15 when changing your Sonarr config or you'll run into this issue #4877.

The web interface isn't loading. Though, I get a blank page. Is it the Sonarr connection that's having issues?

Yes that's #4895 which has the same root cause as #4877. Update Ombi to 4.35.15 and you'll be able to change your settings.

I'm not the one responsible for the release cycle of stable versions, sorry.
