Default Folder setting does not work for new requests

Summary

Currently running Ombi 4.44.1 from a docker container running on Unraid.

I use Radarr for movies and have two root folders. When I go into the ombi settings for Radarr, it loads the root folders just fine from Radarr. I can select the desired folder and save the settings, but when I make a new request and don't explicitly pick a folder, I thought it would use the default I selected in the main Radarr settings. However, it seems to pick the non-default folder.

Relevant log output

I can't see any relevant messages in the log about the requests.  I'll keep looking/reading docs.
