Omnisharp not starting at all? #1019

I installed omnisharp and all of the requirements, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything (flame is gray, omnisharp output shows nothing)

I'm running Atom 1.23.1 on Windows 10 build 16299.98

When I try to manually start the server it shows this (i've already checked the issue, it says stuff about rolling back to atom 1.8.0 but that didn't work)

I can get OmniSharp to run standalone, though.

I have exactly the same issue. Last atom and OmniSharp version.

Linux mint 18.3
Atom 1.23.3
Omnisharp 0.31.2
