Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using statuspage for german speaking customers i would like to provide a ui in german.

Describe the solution you'd like
As an admin of statuspage i would like to configure for statuspage the language settings for ui related content like labels of menues, fields and so on. I want to choose between english and german.
