changes for 2021x compatibility

As part of the api move, there are some usages of StereotypesHelper that are no longer viable (ex. getting stereotype by name), from nomagic's docs, the recommended way is to generate a custom profile implementation class provided by their developer tools plugin.

To avoid extraneous generated code, the sysml extensions profile will have all zz(Deprecated) elements deleted
This includes (but not limited to):

• All elements in the "zzDeprecated" package
• all other properties that have 'zz' prefix
• all diagram types that are in "zzMBEE DocGen" category

This should remove all vestiges of docgen where view hierarchy is defined by packages and dependencies

plugin is not loaded (menus don't show up, plugin init doesn't run) even when installed and enabled

2022 update will also replace all gov.nasa.jpl.mbee namespace with org.openmbee
