On a pure server installation we get currently a traceback on installation time

conda/menuinst#296 (comment)

the workaround is to export CONDA_SHORTCUTS=false

@aditya0yadav when working on this on MSS please document it in an info box on the installation page. Anyway it is a good idea to add such an hint to our docs.

The real fix is addressed conda/menuinst#296 (comment) and likly will be worked on by @jaimergp
