Improve/Update MSUI Help Section

Description:

1. In MSUI → Help → MSColab, there are no instructions on:

• How to upload a profile picture.
• Information about the profile picture update feature.
  Adding these instructions would improve user experience and provide clarity to new users.

2. The screenshots in the Chat tab of the MSColab section are outdated. These screenshots do not reflect the current implementation, which includes:

• The profile photo feature.
• The online indicator feature.
  Updating these screenshots will ensure the documentation aligns with the current feature set.

Hi. I would like to work on this issue.

In some future we need to recreate these similiar as the tutorials by a program.
So that we can have an update just before the release.
